Rare Disease Week on Capitol Hill is a week-long event which brings more than 600 rare disease advocates from across the country to Washington, DC to learn effective lobbying techniques and educate themselves on rare disease policy. This promotional brochure educated those interested on what the purpose of the event was, gave a synopsis of the week’s schedule and provided important information about hotel booking, remote participation, travel stipends and other related resources.

I did all copy for this brochure and updated the graphical layout myself each year. The style of this brochure closely matches the design of the Rare Disease Week on Capitol Hill Conference Booklet, giving participants a consistent feel to their entire experience each year.
